Need emphasis that we are different like the apartment price in estate agent, will +800~1000rmb up, because estate agent is one year’s contract price with 2months deposit+half a month’s agent commission, no room service/bedding/TV/Internet. We are hotely rental, can rent just a month, and with full set of appiliances, no agent fee, with room clean bedding change service, deposit only half of estate agent style. So we are higher than general house rent, but will cheaper than hotel!
